Account Management
The account management system is a fully featured, secure web portal which will allow you to keep track of all accounts and services. Some of the features available include:
- You may maintain your current contact information
- Hosting account details can be viewed for all packages and addons
- Any registered domains can be managed from a central location in real time
- Additional services such as design or one off maintenance solutions can be viewed
- All current and past invoices can be viewed and paid
- Support ticket history is logged
- Ability to access support options including trouble tickets and consultation requests
